I built this brand because I got tired of my own negative thinking, inconsistent habits and following what everybody else wanted me to do. I also noticed how everyone around me was struggling with the same things. Instead of complaining about what’s wrong with me and the world we live in, I realized the only thing in my control is to do something about it.
Lead With Crystal is my way of helping others lead in their own lives. True freedom comes from absolute control- in your leadership, in your personal lives and in your finances.
My mission is simple: to equip you with the mental fortitude and practical strategies to seize absolute control over your life. This isn’t about aspiration; it’s about execution. We cut through the noise, make deliberate choices, and relentlessly pursue the vision you have for yourself.

My Story
Like most of you reading this, I did not grow up with a ton of money. I grew up in a small town right outside of Boston, was raised by a single mom of 3 and I have believed from a young age that God created me to do something impactful with my life—I just didn't know what that would look like.
That purpose became clear when I became a Licensed Financial Professional. I realized that financial education isn't just about dollars and cents; it's about creating opportunities, reducing stress, strengthening families, and helping people build a future they can feel confident about…but like for real. In a REAL way.
Money touches every part of our lives, yet most of us were never taught how it truly works. I've seen, firsthand, how a lack of financial education can create stress, uncertainty, and missed opportunities.
That's why I made it my mission to help people better understand their finances. I believe education creates confidence, and confident people make better decisions.
